Fruitful Words

God speaks in many different ways. Through people, prayer, scripture, and even in quotes. This blog post is focused on some of the quotes that I have heard that have really spoken to me and over the situations in my life. I felt that these words and quotes are so beautiful and needed to be shared.

"Faith without action is just a hope."

"Faith is not just believing even when you don't know the outcome, faith is believing especially if you don't know the outcome."

These are many of the quotes that have spoken truth and love over my life. I hope these are an encouragement to anyone reading them, but I have a couple quick reminders that I want to leave with you. There is never a prayer that you or I prayed that God does not hear. He has every intention of answering our prayers. They will be answered in God's timing. We are the way that God intends the plan for our lives to go. God does not remove us when we are in the middle of a storm because He wants us to trust him in the middle of the storm. Psalm 46:10 says, "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth." This is such a great reminder that God has everything under control and when we put our trust in Him, we can be still and know that he is God. Here is another beautiful reminder that a relationship with Gid brings knowledge of the path of life. I can pray for joy, but I refuse to go to the source: the presence of God. God beyond the title of Christian and become someone who diligently seeks and reaps the benefits of his presence.
